The transformation of the “Park Plazza” location into a
place with urban and architectural values is an important project that has significantly changed the urban
landscape of the city of Podujeva. This project started as
an abandoned industrial space to become an attractive
center for the community and visitors. One of the main
characteristics of this project is the preservation of the
architectural values of the existing constructions, while
changing their functions to accommodate the new urban needs.

making it a hub of contemporary life where people can
enjoy shopping, have different culinary choices and
spend time in gaming spaces. This combination of different functions offers diversity to the community, bringing a positive impact on the life of the city. Such projects
demonstrate how architecture and urbanism can transform an uninhabited space into a sustainable place of
visible and usable value for all. “Park Plazza” has managed to successfully preserve and
appreciate the architectural heritage of the area, while
using it to create a convenient and attractive place for
users.
The revitalization and adaptation of existing buildings
to new functions that serve the city makes this project
stand out magnificently. This is an example of the success of a project that has met its goals and brought tangible value to the community.
