DARA Architecture is an architectural design practice established in 2020, built upon the extensive professional experience of architect Junilda Karanxha and carrying forward the design legacy and expertise of Archistudio. Specializing in architecture and interior design, the studio develops projects that integrate constructive rationality with aesthetic sensitivity, creating spaces where function, form, and urban context coexist in harmonious balance. At the core of its philosophy lies the conviction that architecture is a cultural act, capable of shaping identity, generating lasting value, and creating an authentic spatial experience for its users. Located in the heart of Tirana along Kavaja Street, TR 721 is a mixed-use development that represents a contemporary interpretation of the urban residential typology. The project harmoniously integrates residential and commercial functions, establishing an active relationship with the city and its public realm. The ground floor extends the continuity of the urban streetscape, while the residential units are organized above in a configuration that prioritizes comfort, privacy, and quality of living. The architectural language of the building has been conceived as a thoughtful dialogue with both the historic character and the contemporary transformation of Kavaja Street. Its ventilated façade, articulated through warm tonalities and a rhythmic composition of vertical elements, establishes a refined architectural identity that respects its context while confidently expressing a contemporary design language. Generous glazed openings and French balconies maximize the penetration of natural daylight, strengthening the visual relationship between the interior spaces and the surrounding city. Carefully selected materials further reinforce the building's elegant and enduring presence within the evolving urban fabric.
