The Hill
“The Hill” building is a special example of contemporary
architecture in the Arbëria neighborhood in Pristina City,
providing that area with a fresh spirit. This building is an
inspiration for urban development and the use of new
and innovative materials. The shape and soft lines of the
building appear as a poem of contemporary art which
shines under the lights of the capital. The use of different
materials, such as patinated metals, glass, granite, wood
and synthetic materials, shows a special care for details
and for creating a structure that is not only beautiful, but
also durable.

This architectural project is the essential effort of desire and will to change the urban silhouette of the city.
“The Hill” project is a finely demonstrated as a harmony
of spatial organization and the use of technology to create a functional and attractive environment, as a manifestation of architectural craftsmanship. Underground
level provides sufficient parking space and enable easy
access for staff and visitors. Vertical communication with
elevators, escalators and travelators is a smart solution,
ensuring convenient movement throughout the building.
The use of the core of the building for emergency stairs
protected by fire-resistant doors is an important measure
for the safety of all those who use this building. The interior gallery is an excellent space to connect the floors
and creates a good communication between them. The
glass portal is a very important element that brings natural lighting and creates a pleasant atmosphere inside the
building, which together with the use of technology creates the play of light and shadow, reflecting a special environment. The facade of the building, with wave-shaped
perforated aluminum and metallic red color, gives it an
attractive appearance, while the glass portals and entrances, in the same style and color, give the building a
unique identity. This building is an example of architectural creativity and the use of advanced technology to
create a diverse urban landscape.
