“Prishtina Business Center” is an attractive and ambitious project that aims to transform a warehouse
building into a very special architectural symbol. With
such an innovative approach, this building is conceived to change the appearance and integration of
such industrial facilities. This architectural landmark
aims to combine aesthetic appearance with functionality and create new spaces for interactive activities.

humanize and improve the appearance of storage facilities, without compromising their functionality. This
new approach represents a new spirit in contemporary
architecture and brings a great influence in the field of
architectural design. In addition, the construction of the
“Prishtina Business Center” has been implemented with
a special care in details, providing a highly functional
building in the center of Pristina’s industrial area.
This building offers a wide range of activities which
serve as a new model for dealing with this architectural
typology. This project changes the way we see and use
storage facilities and its results will also influence the
wider industrial architecture.
