The shape of the building has been influenced by the
configuration of the building site, resulting in a mass
with an āLā shaped footprint in plan. To attain a bright and
maritime aesthetic, the building has been conceived in
a linear form with four floors and a maximum height of
17.78 meters from elevation 0.00, positioned 62 meters
away from the shoreline of the Ionian Sea, in one of the
most attractive and frequented beaches in the southern
region of the country.
Given its location in a coastal area known for its historic stone houses, this context inspired us to incorporate
vertical stone planes into the design to break the linearity of the facades. Another distinctive element of the
building is the ground floor veranda, which is entirely
cantilevered by the upper volumes of the structure.

The facade materials harmonizes with the surrounding
landscape, employing light colors where the dominant
elements are stone and glass. For the interior, inspiration
has been drawn from neutral colors found in nature. The
primary goal in the interior design concept has been to
incorporate elements such as metal, stone, and wood
as extensively as possible to create a natural and warm
ambiance. This project stands out as it was completed
in a record time of 12 months, both in the design and
construction phases.Additionally, it serves as an emblematic structure that
embodies the design direction of projects conceived
and executed by Focus Architecture.
The project is appreciated for its interior and exterior design spaces. It is noteworthy to emphasize the
meticulous organization of planes and the creation of
ample spaces within the accommodation units. It is
imperative to highlight that such structures seamlessly
integrate with the landscape, categorizing it as a sustainable design-oriented project.
